These terms govern access to and use of services offered by Didik AI ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or using this website, you ("the Client" or "User") agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Definitions
- "Service" — any consulting, analytics, or training engagement offered by Didik AI, as described on this website and in engagement proposals.
- "User" — any individual or organisation accessing this website or engaging Didik AI services.
- "We / Us / Our" — Didik AI, operating in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- "Content" — all materials, reports, documentation, and outputs produced as part of an engagement.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions together with any engagement proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry, signing a proposal, or proceeding with any engagement, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older, or acting on behalf of a duly authorised organisation.
- You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation if applicable.
- You have read and understood these terms.
Service Description
Didik AI provides AI business integration consulting services in three primary areas:
- AI-Powered Sustainability Analytics — ESG data modelling, reporting framework alignment, and visualisation design.
- AI for Internal Communications Enhancement — tool evaluation, workflow integration, and communications team training.
- AI Model Explainability Consulting — interpretability methodology, documentation standards, and stakeholder training.
Services are delivered primarily to clients based in Malaysia. Delivery for clients in other jurisdictions may be discussed separately.
User Responsibilities
Clients engaging our services agree to:
- Provide accurate information required for the engagement.
- Make relevant team members available for assessment sessions and training.
- Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the engagement scope.
- Use outputs and deliverables only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misrepresent work delivered under our engagement.
Intellectual Property
All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools developed or used by Didik AI remain the intellectual property of Didik AI. Upon full payment of the agreed engagement fee, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables within their own organisation for the purposes described in the engagement proposal.
Any data, reports, or documentation provided by the client remains the property of the client. Didik AI will not use client data for any purpose outside the engagement without explicit written consent.
Payment Terms
- All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment schedules are outlined in the engagement proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and online payment as communicated at the time of engagement.
- Refund requests should be directed to [email protected]. Refunds for services already delivered are not available. Partial refunds for incomplete engagements are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of the engagement. We do not warrant that:
- Any specific outcome, result, or performance improvement will be achieved.
- AI models or tools recommended will be suitable for all future regulatory requirements.
- Information on this website is always current — please contact us directly for the most up-to-date service details.
Our work constitutes professional consulting advice and should not be treated as legal, financial, or regulatory compliance assurance without independent verification.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law:
- Didik AI's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that engagement.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of business, data, or reputation.
- We are not responsible for third-party tools, platforms, or services recommended as part of an engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by giving 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, fees for work completed to date are payable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client breaches these terms or engages in conduct that harms our team or reputation.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving any disagreements through direct, good-faith discussion first. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days:
- Disputes will be subject to mediation under the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) before proceeding to litigation.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
- The courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to inform active clients directly.
