Founded on the Belief That AI Should Serve People
Didik AI began as a direct response to a pattern we kept encountering in Malaysian workplaces — organisations eager to integrate AI, but uncertain where to start, what to trust, or how to bring their teams along. The technology was advancing quickly; the organisational readiness often wasn't.
We set up in Damansara Heights with a small but experienced team, focusing on three domains where AI makes a tangible difference without requiring organisations to rebuild from scratch: sustainability data, internal communications, and decision transparency. These were areas where we'd seen the greatest gap between AI's potential and actual, grounded implementation.
Our name, Didik — meaning "to educate" or "to nurture" in Malay — reflects our core philosophy. We don't hand over tools and walk away. We work through discovery, implementation, and knowledge transfer, so that by the end of each engagement, your team is more capable than when we arrived.
